The commercial service platform jointly created by the Consulting, law firms, accounting firms, real estate agencies, head-hurters, translation companies and IT institutions will provide you with following service:
Policy consultancy, market consultancy and industrial information survey
Leasing service of office, plant and foreign employee residence
Agency of application for all licenses and certificates of a newly established company and application for special permits
Change, auditing and annual inspection service of the established company
Outsourcing and consultancy of financial affairs and tax affairs
Merger and acquisition and change in equity
Agency of trademark and intellectual property rights
Head-hurting, employment outsourcing and labor dispatching service
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. To learn and handle the content and related knowledge of the company’s service ;
2. To promote the service projects of the company;
3. To contact the overseas inquirers or potential customers (through mails, phone calls or interviews), understand their requirements and offer them the necessary information in the first stage ;
4. To follow the inquirers or potential customers and strive for the contract ;
5. To contact with the customers frequently to maintain a sound relationship ;
6. To fulfill other tasks .
